Mastering Meetlib's Notification System
The Meetlib notification system allows you to stay connected and responsive to client actions and events related to your Expert profile. Here's how to configure it to optimize your management and not miss anything important.
Configuring Your Devices
Before you start:
- Add your devices on Meetlib to receive notifications.
- Validate each device with the confirmation code Meetlib sends you, ensuring that alerts arrive at the right place.
Choosing Notification Types
You can customize your notifications for different events, such as:
- Confirmed bookings
- Appointment changes
- Client messages
- Pre-appointment alerts
Customizing Notifications for Each Event
For each type of event, such as "Bookings as a Meetlib Expert", you can:
- Activate or deactivate notifications according to your needs.
- Select the desired notification method: Email, SMS, Push Notifications, and soon WhatsApp.
- Set the priority of these notifications, for example:
- Receive a Push first, then an Email if the Push fails.
- Send the notification to all emails or just the primary one.
Example Configuration: Bookings as a Meetlib Expert
- 24 hours before: Activate notifications to receive a reminder one day before each appointment.
- 1 hour before: An additional reminder one hour before allows you to prepare in time.
- Imminent: An alert just before the appointment ensures you are ready and on time.
For each reminder, you can choose whether you want to be notified by Push, Email, SMS, and, in the future, via WhatsApp. You can also decide if notifications should be sent to all your devices or just specific ones.
Tips for Responsiveness
- Test your notifications to ensure they work correctly on all your devices.
- Prioritize responsiveness: A quick response to booking notifications can improve the client experience and foster loyalty.
Meetlib's notification system is a crucial element for providing impeccable customer service. By customizing your preferences, you ensure efficient management of your activity on Meetlib.
